Sculptural Mosaics

Colorful hand made ceramic pieces, which have been rolled, carved and glazed are combined with pieces of ceramic mosaic, found objects and glass These wall pieces illustrate the movement and joy of the dancer. A figure reaches and moves within the frame of the colorful mosaic. These panels, wired and ready to hang are mounted in a painted wood frame.

Tango studio mosaics

Created for a dance studio in a historic Ashland building, these large mosaics were designed from vintage Tango sheet music from Argentina. The original sheet music was scanned at high resolution, sent to Enduring Images, a custom tile printing company in Colorado and surrounded by mosaic and a painted wood frame.
